At Golden State Transfers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are committed to providing a clear and fair return process. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we are here to help.

Please read our policy carefully to understand the process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:


  • Unused or unworn, with tags still attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@goldenstatetransfers.com.
  2. Provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  4. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions via email.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

In compliance with California law, all refunds for online sales will be processed no later than 30 days after we receive the returned item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is".
  • Gift cards.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Digital downloads or software.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
